For remote notarizations, you’ll need:
A valid, government-issued photo ID.
A stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone.
Your document in electronic format (PDF preferred).

Do you require payment upfront?
Admin consultation services must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Notarization bookings may be paid at time of service.
What is your cancellation policy?
Notary Services: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Business Administration Services: Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to scheduled work. For details, please refer to our Terms of Service.
Are there any additional fees for mobile notary services?
Yes, mobile notary services may incur travel fees depending on the distance. These fees will be disclosed upfront during booking.
