Remote Notary Services

  • Notarization Fee: $25

  • Additional Documents: $5 each

  • Technology Fee: $10 (covers secure online notarization platform)

Note: State regulations may cap certain fees for remote notary services.

Mobile Notary Services

For mobile notary services, please complete the Mobile Notary Request Form to provide the necessary details. Once we receive your form, we will confirm availability and work with you to arrange a convenient time and location.

Business Administration Services

We offer flexible plans to meet your business needs:

1. Retainer Packages (Great for ongoing support!)

  • 5-Hour Retainer: $200/month ($40 per hour)

  • 10-Hour Retainer: $375/month ($37.50 per hour)

  • 20-Hour Retainer: $700/month ($35 per hour)

2. Project-Based Fees (Perfect for one-time projects!)

  • Document Management: Starting at $150/project

  • Administrative Consulting: Starting at $300/project

  • Custom Projects: Contact us for a tailored quote based on your needs.

All retainer clients receive priority scheduling and discounted rates for additional hours beyond the package.

Additional Fees (if applicable)

  • Printing Fee: $0.25 per page (for hard copies of documents)

  • Courier Fee: $15 (for document drop-off or pick-up within 15 miles)

Emergency Appointments

Do you have an urgent need outside of regular business hours or on weekends? We accept emergency requests on a case-by-case basis. If this applies to you, please contact us directly at (719) 357-6629 to discuss availability and pricing.
