Welcome! We're excited to work with you. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please take a moment to review our booking policies. These guidelines are in place to help us provide the best possible service to all our clients.
Booking Process
To book a service with us, please fill out the booking form on our website. Once we receive your booking request, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your scheduled service and payment instructions.
All bookings must be confirmed by payment (if applicable) before services are rendered.
Payment Policies
Full Payment: We require full payment prior to or on the day of service, depending on the service. Payments can be made via credit/debit card, ACH/bank transfer, PayPal, Apple Pay/Google Pay.
Deposits: For certain services, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. The balance is due 48 hours before your scheduled service.
Late Payment: If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations: We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee of 50%.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made after this period may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 20%.
Exceptions: Emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Late Arrivals
We understand that delays can happen. If you arrive late, we may not be able to provide the full service, and the session may end at the originally scheduled time. In cases of late arrival, no discounts will be offered, and the full service fee will apply.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and did not provide prior notice, the full service fee will be charged. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Refunds
Non-Refundable: Payments for services are non-refundable. However, if we need to cancel or reschedule your service, you will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Exceptional Circumstances: If you feel a service did not meet expectations, please contact us within 7 business days and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
Privacy & Data Protection
We value your privacy. Any personal and payment information you provide will be kept secure and will only be used for booking purposes and to communicate with you regarding your service.
We will never share your information with third parties without your consent.
Agreement
